Aha! Yes I've noticed that you post pictures on there - so do I.
Still no clearer though.
Whatever it is - good luck!

my profile revealed that it was four years ago today that i joined jwd!
i can hardly believe i've made over 5000 posts and been here for so long!.
well, the truth is you guys have helped me stick around.
To Ian and Claire - a big congratulations on your 4 year JWD anniversary!
You say that you have been helped by others on here - let me add that you have been an inspiration to me, how you are battling your illness, your warmth and humour always come out in your posts and I can honestly say that after meeting you last year I realised that I met one of the most genuine, warm and friendly persons I have ever met in my entire life.
It was a joy meeting with everyone at the Apostacurry and you and Claire did an amazing job in arranging it all. The JDubs loss is a massive gain to all of us!
All the best, Ian, Claire and family.
Here's hoping that we can meet up again soon!
at age 18, i was a regular pioneer.
at 20, a ministerial servant.
at 24 an elder.
Ministerial servant for ages
Favoured watchtower reader
Mic handler
Sound system operator (from about age 13)
Official photoghrapher at local quick builds (no good doing anything physical - only job they had left for me!)
Taxi service for various spongers
Nearly an elder one week, removed from being a ministerial servant the next!
clearly they are doing some strong arming or promoting more fear tactics!
i received a letter in the mail today from my mother.
my mother who when growing up a jw was considered a trouble maker.
I feel everybodys pain on this thread.
Ok, I was d'fd, but after a lifetime in the 'troof' my parents have totally cut me off. I really want to write to them regularly but I find that quite hard. They have never contacted me in any way except a short to the point reply to one of my letters, in the past five years.
By the way, at my JC meeting I was told that I was about to sin against the 'spirit' and so there would be no way I would ever be allowed back into Jah's 'loving' organisation.
What I've learnt since I've been out has confirmed any suspicions I had and I wouldn't go back anyway.
All the best to everyone on here.

i read that david beckham is leaving real madrid and coming to the us to play for the la galaxy.
soccer is not that popular in the us and that is a obscene amount of money to pay a player and i am surprised that david beckham would want to finish out his career playing in the us.
i guess for $250 million anyone would.
Outside the US David Beckham is like gold dust to the marketeers. He already has many endorsements including Pepsi and Gillette which bring him many millions each year. Just by moving to a new club he brings a whole new set of supporters and shirt buyers to the new club and that in itself is worth millions to the club.
Also he and Victoria are always in Heat. Hello Grazia mags.
